2018 Forest River Sierra 357RE fifth wheel RV was $69k new. I bought this from the in 2019, pulled it from Florida to North Carolina and has been set up ever since.It Is set up on my permanent private lot and used once or twice a month. In near new condition with some minor wear. Has a very spacious living room with aposing super slides. Full-size refrigerator, duel zone air-conditioning, central vac, LED lights throughout, prepped for a washer and dryer. Large queen master bedroom with attached very large bathroom with secondary access. Full-size pull out comfortable couch. Dual reclining theater seats with massage and heating. They have typical fo-finish wear from the cheaper chairs. Fireplace with heater and blower. Full entertainment center with three zone speakers. This is a fantastic and extremely clean fifth wheel RV. Never smoked in and no pets. There’s one small tear in the floor from the couch being moved improperly. Other than that, it is in fantastic condition.Can be shown by appointment only.
