Used 2009 TIFFIN MOTORHOMES PHAETON 40 QTH for sale. Located at Belmont RV Park in Belmont, MS. My name is Carol Koon and I am assisting the owners and helping them to market and sell the motorhome.

This is a beautifully kept two owner motorhome. This motorhome is built on a Freightliner Chassis with a Cummins 360 HP motor with 1050 torque and an Onan 8000 W QD Gen with a little over 700 hrs on it. Some say this motorhome was built during Tiffin's Glory Years. I won't argue with that at all. There is no DEF on board of the motorhome as that did not come into play until chassis build date of 1-1-2011. Being that this is a 2009, DEF does not apply to this motorhome.

Aside from just having good bones, this motorhome comes with many great features that you won't find in stock motorhomes. All of the records from the first owner are in the motorhome, plus the records from the current owners' 7 years of ownership.

THIS MOTORHOME COMES WITH MANUALS AND RECEIPTS!

There are three things that are not as good as perfect with this motorhome:

***slide switch operation is backwards, the Tiffin label is opposite of the operation but there are labels to remind you of the correct direction

***Icemaker is unhooked

***checking in the black paint on the passenger side, mainly by the door. Checking is common in 06/07/08/09 motorhomes across the industry and prevalent in the dark paint.
