For sale is my 2005 Lazy Daze, 26.5 Rear Bath Class C motorhome. Ford chassis w. E450 V10 engine. 110,000 mi. Engine starts and runs perfectly, as does the 4,000W Onan generator. Two (LD factory installed) solar panels, w. current- boosting charge controller. Additional features include: Bilstein shocks, Bigfoot hydraulic leveling system, tow package, outside shower, covers on roof vents and escape hatch, new engine battery and tires, CB radio, LED TV, DVD player/recorder, 10 disc MP3 changer w. remote, dual propane/AC water heater switch, inside propane hook-up, and much more. This is a wonderful motorhome, all original, with the quality build and details that Lazy Daze is known for, not least the full body insulation and double-glazed windows that make this a viable 4-season coach. The rear-bath floor plan is very spacious and full of light from all the huge windows. I searched for almost two years to find a Lazy Daze like this here in the eastern US!

PLEASE NOTE: Last summer, a short section of sealer failed along the edge of a mid-roof vent, permitting leakage which caused a small (approx. 10" square) section of interior ceiling damage. We re-sealed the roof vent and removed all affected ceiling board and damp insulation, then allowed the area to dry thoroughly. We've inspected and no other area seems to have been affected by the leak. We have put in new insulation; now it's just the inside ceiling patch left to do. Instead of trying to complete this fix before selling, I have decided to sell 'As Is" and reduce my asking price to $25,000. Come to West Virginia and see this great Lazy Daze!
