Meticulously kept 2022 Jayco Pinnacle 36 FBTS purchased NEW from dealer in June 2023. It has only been moved 3 times since purchase and has less that 1000 miles on it.

Everything is in excellent working condition and regular maintenance has been performed, including wheel bearings, professional cleaning of the black/gray tanks, anode rod replacement, sanitization of fresh water tank and all plumbing, as well as recent caulking and slide seal maintenance. Upgraded many of the PEX plumbing fittings to brass and changed out the flexible white hose and replaced it with PEX to avoid problems down the road.

This is a great 4 season RV. The 3 AC's kept us cool in the hot Texas 100+ degree temps and the furnace and heat pump, along with the 3 (40 gallon propane) tanks kept us nice and warm in the Colorado mountains in the winter.
