According to the previous owner, they used the unit to dry camp only a few times then decided to move to Hawaii. We are the second owners and stayed in it while our manufactured homes were set up and therefore do not need it anymore. The RV has minor needs, mostly cosmetic such wear on the sofa’s headrest, the rear skirt has minor dents on each corner from the previous owner but nothing major, and the waste tank gauge shows it has contents when it has just been emptied. The registration is paid until October 2025 and is currently being financed through BMO. The RV is located in Springville, California, please contact me for further details!
