RV Description
CLASS A TOYHAULER MOTORHOME!
This is the nicest, cleanest and best-maintained original class A toyhauler motorhome out there. I have proudly enjoyed this adventuremobile for 10 years, and it has been garage-kept for 7 of those. I have this coach set up for boondocking or glamping in a resort. This rig has taken me from coast to coast, beach to mountains to desert with zero mechanical problems. This motorhome looks much newer than 2008, and gets complimented almost every time I take it out.
I can deliver this coach to just about anywhere in the west or midwest USA.
Another thing to be aware of is this motorhome has spent almost all of its existence in the arid climate of the Great American Southwest, so it has very little rust on the frame and underbelly. This coach has the 8.1 Chevy Vortec engine mated to a 6 speed Allison transmission, all riding on the up-charged Workhorse 24K chassis. Be aware when comparing this beast to the base model 22K Ford chassis that some Outlaws of this era ride on, which has an inferior engine, transmission and load capacity. The generator runs great (only 620 hours on it). All tires are Toyo, with two dated late 2019, three dated late 2020 and one from 2022.
This coach has 2 rooftop A/C's, a 5,000 lb hitch and a single slide. The roof is in great shape with no known leaks. The amount of storage in this coach is impressive, interior and exterior. There are cabinets in the garage, the bedroom loft, under the curved staircase, even two pass-thru basement bins.
I have added too many upgrades to fully name, but here are a few:
-updated flooring and carpet
-re-upholstered captain's chairs
-re-upholstered dinette cushions
-remodeled bathroom
-upsized newer tv in salon and newer in garage
-electric fireplace in salon
-remove-able cocktail table for placement between the swiveled captain's chairs when parked
-painted or replaced the failed exterior graphics
-all cabinetry hardware updated
-rear loading ramp water-proofed and modified for use as a deck
-new memory foam sofa sleeper
-new Euro recliner
-brand new Dometic compressor 12v fridge
-escape hatch in bedroom loft, providing easy access to the roof
-vent covers for the living space roof vents
-rear trac bar and front SuperSteer steering stabilizer
-upgraded Bilstein shocks (all 4)
-new chassis battery-3 house batteries (standard is 2)
-LED light fixtures throughout interior
-LED high beams for headlights
-replaced and resealed all front and rear upper marker lights with LEDs
-upgraded windshield wiper motor
-custom electric MCD windshield shade and screen (best mod ever!)
-custom manual MCD front side window shades and screens
-2000 watt pure sine whole house inverter
-custom hinged stairwell cover
-under-carriage exterior stinky slinkystorage (much cooler that it sounds!)
-both inner rear tires have rigid steelBorg dually valves installed, making it much easier to check and air up the tires
-I have replaced the rear vertical trim tail-light pillars and they are perfect. I don't believe you will find another Outlaw of this vintage without those components displaying multiple horizontal cracks
All this, and I haven't even mentioned the on-board garage. It is 10 ft, 2in long. I have hauled quads, bicycles, dirtbikes, a SxS, a Smart car and 3-wheeled street motorcycles in there. Also great if you ever have to move furniture and major appliances. When camped the garage becomes a spare room and the deck is awesome. Check out some of my camping photos. Whether you have toys to bring along or not, this type of RV setup can't be beat. And I can deliver this coach to about anywhere in the western or midwest areas of the USA.
