1995 Itasca Fleetwood - 28+/- feet long. Class A RV 30 amp (extension cords and adapters included). 107,000 miles. 454 CI big block gas engine (starts right up, runs good). Over $6000 spent updating this RV the past 2 years. Recent upgrades include: New quality tires (12-2024). Laminate grey wood flooring (2024). Limo tint windows (2024). New premium roof top A/C (2023). Roof re-caulked and silicon roof coating (2025). New batteries, new door latch (2023). Engine serviced with oil & filter change (200 miles ago). Slate green camo paint (2024). Engine and drivetrain mechanical pre-trip inspection (2025) with fluids topped off, alternator checked, brakes checked, steering system checked, drivetrain checked. Excellent RV for use as a tiny guest house, or occassional local recreational use. Bought in 2019 for $7500. Bathroom and shower and propane not used in 2 years but believed in good condition. Generator and hydraulic levelers can use some TLC. Some minor visible roof leak damage in main sitting area (roof caulked and resealed in 2025). Overall this RV is in good condition for its age and ready for its next owner.
