The 2021 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38F is a Class A motorhome designed for those who seek the ultimate in comfort and convenience while on the road. We bought ours for some particular trips and to visit our son while he was in college but we do not use it as much now and are starting to travel more internationally. We are the only owners and have never let anyone else use it, and with only 15,511 miles on the odometer, this RV is practically brand new and ready to take you on your next adventure.

The Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE is known for its spacious interior, top-notch amenities, and high level of comfort. The 38F floor plan offers plenty of living space with a large living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and separate bedroom with a king-sized bed to which we added a 3 inch Temperpedic mattress pad for added comfort. The original comforter has been stored and is in new condition. This interior on this rig is bright and tastefully appointed with modern finishes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The couch pulls out into a queen-sized bed and along with the additional drop down double bed, this coach can sleep six adults comfortably. With the built-in washer and dryer, it would be easy to live in this motorhome full or part time on extended trips.

In terms of performance, this motorhome is equipped with a solid Cummins L9 diesel engine and Allison transmission that provides smooth and reliable driving on the open road. The Freightliner chassis is sturdy and well-built, ensuring a stable and comfortable ride no matter where your travels take you. The Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE also comes with advanced safety features and we added the Tyron tire protection to give peace of mind while on the road. The power system includes an Onan generator with 415 hours on it, a Magnum inverter/converter and we upgraded the house batteries to lithium-ion (quantity 4) for long lasting dry camping capability. Please be sure to check out the included MSRP for all the amenities, but note there are actually 3 AC units, not 2.

Outside, the exterior of the Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE is just as impressive as the interior. With sleek lines, bold graphics, and plenty of storage compartments that have full pass through access and a slide out sled with 500 pound capacity, this RV is both stylish and functional. The automatic awning provides shade and protection from the elements, while the exterior entertainment system allows you to enjoy your favorite shows or music while relaxing outside.

Some important notes: The unit has been based in Florida and stored under cover since its purchase and has only had one owner. It has a 5 year Cornerstone warranty that is transferable and in effect until October 2025. The motorhome was treated with the Ultimate Platinum Protection (UPP) package to cover any interior or exterior damage, and the tires are warranted, as well (we basically bought all available coverages as first time RV owners). The roof has been resealed once as part of routine maintenance and both the diesel engine and generator just received an oil change, with the rig's recently completed 15,000 mile check up. There is a solar panel on the roof to help with trickle charging and a 38 gallon propane tank for hot water (with tankless heater), the furnace and grilling (we would include the Blackstone gas griddle we use for outdoor cooking, if desired). There is an electric fireplace that gives off heat and runs off shore power or the generator. The bathroom has two sinks and the shower has a raised roof providing extra room for taller people. The unit is equipped with the Precision Plex system to control most systems and also features a Bluetooth App that can be used to operate lights, awnings, the generator, etc. and allows you to check the status of batteries, tank levels and other things from outside of the coach. It is also equipped with the Winegard system, four smart TV's (one exterior), JBL soundbars inside and out, DVD player and multi-switching system to manage all video sources.

The vehicle has normal wear and tear from driving, but again, it has low mileage and with the UPP warranty, any damage to the paint or interior (tears, stains, etc.) would be covered. In the spirit of full disclosure, I am listing the only "issues" you would inherit:

1) The Captains chairs have shown some fading from sitting on them, with it being more noticeable on the driver's side (for obvious reasons). They are very comfortable power seats that swivel and the passenger side has an extendable foot rest that can be used while driving or when rotated towards living area when parked.

2) Some of the cabinets have minor separation in the joints, perhaps from it being stored in the Florida heat/humidity, but can be re-glued, as needed (I am also willing to have this done before delivery).

3) When it was just at the dealer for service, they appear to have bumped into the rear compartment door on drivers side (where house batteries are located) with something and there is a small dent that we just noticed when taking pictures. It is very minor and I am working with the dealer right now to repair it but wanted to get this listing out and included a picture to show as is condition.

4) There is a very small blemish in one of the couch cushions (we're honestly not sure how or when it got there--as a furniture cover has ALWAYS been used) with included photo.

We paid over $250K for this RV and have taken great care of it, continued to clean out the fresh tank, keep the black tank treated before and during all trips, changed filters and kept up with all required oil changes and maintenance. I have also washed it many times to keep it looking great and ensure it was meeting the requirements of the UPP warranty. I am open to selling my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE Hybrid (52K Miles) which is already set up for flat towing with the Blue Ox system. It is very easy to charge the Jeep at campsites (and it runs on gas as well, of course) so this offers a very quiet, versatile and fun vehicle which quickly unhooks to go exploring. We would be willing to negotiate a price for it along with the sale of the RV as I really bought the Jeep specifically for our RV trips and will not need it as much anymore.
