We have owned this 4 years and have taken many short trips but only put on 9000 miles.   But we changed the oil every year anyway.   Tires are 2.5 years old and filled with nitrogen.    Also upgraded valves to make filling the dual tires easier.    

I added heat a barrier and dynamat type sound barriers to the cabin floor.   If you drive any class C on the freeway you realize how loud they are inside.   This cabin 10-15 decibels quieter.   This cabin is quieter and cooler than any other class C I have been in.     

We did have a tire blow out that required an insurance repair to the underside storage area and sewage pipe.   

Everything works and many items are brand new.    The sun has ruined some of the stickers.   Many have been recently replaced.  The main front and rear stickers are brand new.   A few of the side stickers are new but some will need to be replaced.  

I will show some other minor cosmetic issues when you see it in person.  But the photos are pretty thorough.
