This is an amazing 5th wheel… it has a slide out, side storage area fitted with a custom motorcycle ramp and winch set up !! This one is fully self contained with a large water storage capacity, lots and lots of storage and a propane fueled generator !! No gas cans to transport and spill. 

There is an exterior TV and a large awning for staying out of the sun or dry on those rainy days. This one also has a power leveling system, just unhook from your rig and push the button !! 

Once all 4 slides are opened up, there is an incredible amount of space as the living room area just about doubles in size as does the kitchen. It's a HUGE space, wide open with vaulted ceilings and 2 ceiling fans !!

As you move forward up a couple steps, the bath is on the left with a full shower, toilet and a nice sized vanity. The entire space is big enough for a full sized human to use ! 

Continuing forward is the master bedroom, again, this space is very large. With a walk around king size bed and night stands, a full width double door closet, a dresser with upper cabinets and a tv and yes, a washer/dryer in a closet !

This is a 1 owner trailer with complete maintenance ALWAYS, but it is 10 years old and she has not been a park queen. There are a few scratches and dents here and there in the back, but its only in the aluminum. On the inside, as you might expect, the soft goods are worn and should be recovered and the carpet needs to be re-stretched or replaced.
