It is a Riverstone, 2018 39FL 2 owner. Best quality of all the mass produced 5th wheels. Thicker walls, better materials, built to last. This one has upgraded entry steps, upgraded TV's, new roof in the last 12 months. 2 Fireplaces, 2 ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 3 AC's, 6500 Onan that runs on propane. Solid surface counter tops. Solar panel for charging batteries while boondocking so the lights and residential side by side fridge run. Upgraded king size mattress. Being built in 2017/2018 also means none of the quality issues with the 2020 and new units. Roof was replaced due to a low hanging branch on one of our trips home I could not avoid. Was stored undercover until the roof was replaced. All maintenance and service are up to date. Any and all work was professionally done by quality techs. Our plan was to keep this unit 10 years so no expense spared. We just want a drivable unit to make travel a little easier. Hence the reason she is for sale. Exterior wise, there is some fading on the graphics due to previous owner storing outside not covered. We are the 2nd owners and have had her since 2021. The interior is a 10 our of 10. Everything and I mean everything works as new. Tires are 2020's so one more year until replacement. Bearing recently re packed, brakes are in great shape.
