This a such a beautiful fifth wheel and is the last year of them. So heartbreaking because if you haven't been in one you are missing out. This floor plan is a Rear Den which is opposite Front Living. It is a very popular floor plan as it gives you all the benefits of a front living room but in the back with windows. This is nice when backing into an RV space with a view. Having it elevated helps with giving you an abundant amount of storage, including a sliding tray, and also the ability to load weight behind the rear wheels. Most people have plenty of towing power but are overweight on payload of their truck vs hitch weight. This can help with that for sure. All we do is fifth wheels and I can go on and on and bore you.
