The new style Ford F53 shocks were installed as well - really increasing ride quality. While updating the flooring, the "doghouse"(engine cover) as well as the flooring around the front seats were lined in heat shield/noise dampening material. This keeps the area cooler, and the noise down. Everything works on this rig! It is honestly ready for a cross-country trip. New windshield installed last summer as well! Tires were replaced two years ago on the rear - so lots of life left on those (they will time out before wearing out). It has an 80 gal fuel tank, 100 gal fresh water. This means you can drive all day and really cover some ground. Come take a look. Never smoked in / never lived in RV. Great for the family, or use the bunks for extra storage / dog bed area to keep your friend out of the way and comfortable. This is a painted RV - not vinyl stickers. Clear title - easy to transfer. NEW ROOF just installed (replaced due to glue starting to release and show "wrinkles" - no leaks! 12k to 15k value for the roof!
