2 bdrm/2 bath/2 slides/2 AC/2 awnings -- Double Your Pleasure! This beauty lends itself to a couple/single wanting a master and a separate office or a family in need of two bedrooms and two baths. Ideal for full-time living as it is an Extreme Weather Packet model. During this cold spell we have used just the fireplace and/or small electric heater. Although functional, it hasn't been necessary to use the propane furnace, even in the current 20 degree weather. The first ducted A/C is in the kitchen/living room area. Kitchen has an oven, 3 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, farmhouse sink, and pantry along with a pub style table with additional storage. The living room has a fireplace and new large TV with oversize modern recliners. There is an extra floor-to-ceiling cabinet for storage as well. Blue neon lights in the kitchen and living room are great to use at night. The master has a new queen memory foam mattress along with overhead storage and dual wardrobes. We've added a corner fan and there's a space to attach a TV to the wall. The attached bath has a large shower and a floor-to-ceiling linen closet. We made the second bedroom into a den/office combo so the two bunk beds have been removed. However, they could be easily re-installed. The attached half bath has been outfitted with make-up lights. Tons of storage under the larger bunk. Under the TV there's open space we used for pet supplies. The couch pulls out to make a bed. There is a separate heat/AC unit in the ceiling. Outside is an outdoor kitchen and two power awnings with LED lights. The rig is 36' and weighs 8,016 pounds. We bought last February and upgraded to a 5th wheel in November.
