RV Description

$45,000 or OBO Contact: Kraig @ 720-3six3-3000 call or text!

Solar & Inverter system: 1000 watts of solar on the roof with two charge controllers (Bluetooth enabled). This system feeds into three 200 ah Lithium batteries. The inverter system is 3000 watts and is hard wired into half the camper. Both tv's, outlets in the bedroom, living room and kitchen are all powered through the inverter system. No more need for a generator unless you want to run your a/c's. You can run your tv's, lights, coffee maker, electric recliners and more all from the onboard inverter system. The charge controllers, electronics and inverter are all mounted to a custom aluminum mounting plate that was built into the under-storage area. This was a $3,500 upgrade!

Full Skirt system for winter camping. This is a custom-made heavy vinyl skirt system that was made custom for this camper. Cost of the skirting system was $4,500. It even makes a shed under the hitch. With this you can camp in the cold temperatures, even up as high as Rabbit Ears Pass. Super nice to have for winter camping or winter living.

King size bed with a Sleep Number mattress. Each side has their own control to set the firmness to their desired number. Super comfortable king size bed.

Washer & Dryer combo in the master walk in closet

Dishwasher in the island in the kitchen

Satellite dish on the roof with the Hopper Receiver. The dish is powered and raises and lowers for when you travel.

All blinds have been upgraded to the accordion fabric with white (to allow light through) and blue to make the unit dark. Super nice blinds over the stock ones that came with the unit new. All valances have been redone as well to match the blinds. The chairs at the table as well as the headboard on the bed has all been redone to match.

Three of the four slides have slide toppers. This was an upgrade. Super nice to keep water, snow and ice off of your slides.

We added an additional waterspout at the kitchen sink in the island that is fed from a pump that pulls drinking water from a 5 gallon water jug. This is super nice for drinking water. The pump and jug are mounted in the under-storage area and is pressurized. Just turn on the small faucet at the sink to get fresh drinking water. These are the jugs you can get from Deep Rock, Home Depot, grocery store, etc Super nice over having to purchase 1- or 2.5-gallon drinking water jugs. The 5-gallon jug mounts so it is stable for travel.

Both a/c's have Micro Air Soft starts on them. These soft starts were $300 each. Makes running off of a generator much easier. If you do off grid camping or living, then having soft starts are a must have!

Just replaced brakes on both axles (all four wheels).

Just replaced the bearings and packed them on all four wheels.

Bottom was just replaced along with all new insulation. The bottom is fully enclosed and sealed. Over time these plastic bottoms can sag as well as need replacing due to having to get access. We just had it professionally redone with all new bottom material. While we were doing that, we decided to add new insulation. Fully insulated bottom.

Prewired for rear hitch should you want to add a hitch and tow a trailer behind the 5th wheel. While we had the bottom redone, we went on a head and added a wiring harness for a future hitch.

We absolutely love this camper, but we are finding for us that we are not using it as much as we used to so we're putting it up for sale. Please reach out if you have questions and for more info on the unit.
