Used only twice, its for sale because we are an older couple and it ended up a small motorhome was easier for us. The Toy hauler is still under warranty. I replaced the mattress up on the queen size bed with a memory foam bed because the standard one was just not comfortable. Its pretty much a new toy hauler with upgrades - NEVER put any vehicle in it to tow. So there's zero marks on the floor, etc.
