The J model is perfect for off-grid boondocking/stealth camping since everything is useable WITHOUT having to put slide out. Husband originally thought the J bed would be too small however, he was a 6’1” tall retired firefighter and I’m an overweight 56-year-old woman and it ended up being great for us! The over cab bed was only slept in a couple of times by our pre-teen granddaughter who LOVED her private space up there. Was perfect to open up to watch movies together or close off for her own personal time. We also loved the ability to fully open the acrylic dual pane windows while the screens keep the bugs out which allows you to enjoy the babbling creek, crickets chirping at night, and the cool night air.

RV comes standard with 200 watts of solar, 2000-watt inverter, and Zamp solar charge controller. The house battery gets charged by the generator, solar, AND while driving. If necessary (and it was when out west during the summer) the ability to run generator for the RV air-conditioning while driving is a great benefit. Heat is provided via the electric a/c heat pump OR propane furnace. Induction and gas cooktop for flexible cooking convenience whether you’re hooked to electric power or boondocking, microwave/convection oven, did I mention the most fabulous on-demand hot water system?!? (powered by propane only), insulated blackout window coverings for windshield and both driver and passenger windows, leveling jacks (there’s nothing better than being able to push a button and be set up without having to go outside when it’s raining or dark out!).

Added equipment are Gen-Turi generator exhaust system, Aqua Go anti-freeze kit for the absolutely FABULOUS on-demand hot water system for which our granddaughter exclaimed “I thought Id run out of hot water but I didn’t!”, under carriage waste tank hose carrier. Also including with the sale is an iCarsoft scanner to identify any Mercedes error codes while on the road (we never had to use it) and Living in a Bubble screen coverings for driver and passenger door windows for boondocking. Also, a couple of bottles of the ONLY acrylic window cleaner you want to use to keep those windows undamaged and pristine…Plexus plastic window cleaner.
