The 2014 Crossroads Sunset Trail Reserve 31SS is has dual slides and sleeps 9, with a queen bed up front and dual bunk beds in the back, as well as a table that converts to a double bed and a couch. The kitchen has a great little island in the middle, and there is an electric fireplace/heater as well as a tv that turns to the bedroom or main room.The trailer is in good shape, it has been lightly used. The small couch is peeling so should be replaced or covered. The awning is original and works still but is the one thing that looks old and could benefit from being replaced. The listing price is meaningfully lower than others on the market, in part to cover these two improvements.We have greatly enjoyed this trailer with our large family over the years, but with kids growing we are not able to use it enough, but it will be greatly missed!
