DESCRIPTION—Are you prepared to transition from tent camping to enjoying a heated camper for year-round camping?

This camper has a heater, heated mattresses, a kitchen table, a refrigerator, a shower and bathroom, and cable-ready features! We are selling our 2020 Rockwood 2280BHESP Rockwood Extreme Sports package pop-up camper, which is in excellent condition and weighs 2,559 pounds dry. We have taken great care of our pop-up. It has always been covered, and both batteries were replaced within the last three months.

We are located in Southern California. You will have ample sleeping space for your family with a rear queen-size tent bed and a front king bed. The kitchen dinette converts into a bed, and the sofa folds out to accommodate an additional person. This setup comfortably sleeps six people. If you prefer not to use public facilities, this camper includes a shower and a cassette toilet, which can enhance your trip significantly, especially if you have YOUNG KIDS!

These models come equipped with a digital media receiver that includes Bluetooth, USB, auxiliary ports, a WiFi ranger, a WiFi booster, and LED lighting. They feature distinctive fender flares and 15" mud rover radial tires mounted on aluminum wheels, providing 12" ground clearance for an unparalleled adventure. ProRac Systems, Inc. supplies each camper with permanently mounted cross bars that create a load-bearing surface capable of securing up to 150 lbs. of various outdoor sports equipment.

The Hot Water package with a hot/cold spray port is standard and allows you to clean up before entering the camper. Some highlights include residential-style cabinet doors, full-extension metal drawer guides, and USB charging ports. This camper's construction features a powder-coated tubular steel frame, a fiberglass vacuum-bonded radius roof without a center seam, five-piece Vinolon Supreme tenting, and complete aluminum bed frames around the perimeter.

The ESP Extreme package offers aluminum wheels with 15" Mud Rover tires for improved ground clearance, ProRac permanent crossbars, and a power roof lift. Additionally, at the front, there is a 28" x 84" storage deck with expanded metal decking where you can load bikes, camping gear, and more! We have made several upgrades worth mentioning, including dual marine batteries and a main battery disconnect switch at the front of the trailer so the camper doesn't drain the battery when it's not in use.
