2019 FOREST RIVER ROCKWOOD ULTRA LITE 2304DS

Great four season camper. Have had zero issues with it since we purchased from Camping World two years ago. Everything functions as it should. We had new tires and battery installed when we purchased. Always kept under a cover when not in use. We are very tidy owners, non-smokers, and follow a strict maintenance routine on all our campers and vehicles. Regularly examined roof seals and caulked when needed, cleaned air conditioning coils every season, waxed and polished every year, tire dressings, tank treatments, etc.

We removed the original dinette and table(in garage) to install a simple workstation since we both work remotely. We can easily reinstall dinette and table if desired. Whole process takes about an hour.

We camped year around in this. Very well insulated so it stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We've camped in temperatures down to the teens and just ran a small space heater to conserve propane and stayed very comfortable. Alternatively, we've camped without electric hookups for days (with 200W solar panel) to keep a trickle on the battery and propane heater worked very well.

Nothing is broken or needs attention but some of the things I would identify as general wear and tear would be:

-The awning is slightly faded and has a couple of pinholes in it from cleaning.

-The black tank level sensor shows 1/3 full when empty. I understand this to be pretty common on all campers and it may just need a good cleaning.

-The sunroof over the shower has oxidation and needs cleaning.

-The original wifi booster unit does not function.

The camper is currently being financed through our bank so the potential buyer will have to write a check to the bank to release the title. On the day of sale, we will provide a bill of sale and can do a notarized power of attorney for the camper with our bank if desired. Bank said the title will be released within a few days of receiving check. No money will pass through us.
