Power awning. There's 3 wards for hanging clothes, 4 drawers for clothes, 5 drawers in the kitchen area, and a pantry. It has ducted AC and ducted heating. It has a new true queen size mattress from Texas Mattress Makers that's only a few weeks old to replace the original soft mattress. These are high quality trailers. It's currently setup in a RV Resort in Webster Tx, so you can check all systems. Curt weight distribution sway hitch included. I have the Title in hand. Still in warranty.
