Clean title in hand Small damage to vinyl flooring at one end of the slide and a few small dents on the siding on one side due to some debris hitting it during a wind storm. Nothing too serious, it still shows very well The interior is in nearly like new condition, they had blankets covering all of the furniture so its all clean and new still. My father recently passed away so I am helping my mom sell as she cant tow or use it any longer. I can deliver within a reasonable area or further for a charge.
