All appliances are in good working order and very clean. It has front exterior pass-through storage, new tires (2023), new ceiling vents, and a brand new awning. Has one slide-out, lots of storage and cabinet space with separate queen-size bedroom. Unit is 32 feet and weighs about 6500 lbs so easily half-ton towable.
