It has a fully redone solid roof with new ac unit and antenna. It does have a heater inside so you can visit many different climates and be comfortable. We have no time to travel and do not want it to just sit without someone to enjoy it. We never kept the screen door open or the windows, just used the air or heat when needed, but the screen on the door is tore.
