This 2015 Redwood 38RL is a higher end fifth wheel, with a lot of real wood (rather than vinyl wrapped fiberboard). This one is very spacious, it's elegant, and very well equipped. The floor plan is efficient. It's just very well designed!

It is extremely well equipped, with a HUGE refrigerator, a washer and dryer (rather than a combo), even a dishwasher! It has four slide outs, two of them in the master bedroom with one inside the other, which opens up the room amazingly. The closet in the master is stunning!

Cabinets are everywhere! LOTS of storage.

Some other features that are not immediately obvious, like all the swirls and striping on the exterior are actual paint, rather than decals, which means they will stay good looking long after the decals on lesser units have peeled away.

The bathroom is very spacious and elegant.

The leveling system has six jacks and it levels automatically. Even the hitch is special, as it includes a pressurized bladder to cushion impacts that could be a problem with lesser fifth wheels. 

It's 41 1/2 feet long, so it's huge inside. 

There are a lot of upgrades in this fifth wheel!

It is not “like new”, but the overall condition is way better than many similar age units we have seen!
