Weight when new and unloaded 4530 lbs. - less than that now. Has a 2 5/16 ball. Have title. Have had it for approximately 3 years. Has been kept covered. Has been partially gutted for renovation. Took out booth dining area. Took out old insulation and linoleum floors. Floor needs repair work in a few places. Roof is in good shape, although should be resealed.
