The build sheet comes with all the Owners Manuals and it shows a long list of options that were added to this particular coach when it was "built to order."  We have made many updates over the past couple years and have maintained the coach to avoid "roadside problems." The Cummins 300HP diesel and the Allison 5 speed transmission served us well in our cross-country travels. Even with our "TOAD" vehicle, we got good fuel mileage and didn't have to avoid the mountains. There are a few things that need to be addressed, as with any motorhome whether new or used, but we have tried to adjust the asking price to offset any miscellaneous repairs. Also, this was the year we were planning to replace the carpet and the window treatments, but have decided to leave that to the new owners so they can make the choices that best fit their likes.
