The Van itself has 123,000 miles on it. 7.5L 460CI V8, Auto overdrive trans, Power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise tilt, A/C, Aftermarket stereo, power ports, captains chairs, power ports, and all of the features you would expect. The Unit runs strong, drives great, Has brand new Michelin tires, oil changed, fully serviced and ready to go. There is a minor exhaust manifold leak, and an ABS light on the dash.

Now the fun part, The Airstream Camper Conversion. This unit will sleep 4 when needed, seat 5 going down the road. Airstream uses the largest top that you can get on a Camper Van of this vintage, Plenty of head room, a large upper bunk bed and lots of storage. They use quality materials so the cabinets are all real wood, very solid and well built.

The kitchen has a 3 way refrigerator, double kitchen sink with new pull out faucet, 3 burner stove with an oven (very rare in any camper van) microwave, and lost of cupboards, and cubbys for storage.

There is a complete water system including fresh, grey and black water tanks, 5 gallon water heater, 12V water pump, and shore water hookups. The bath has a very nice new RV toilet, sit down tub/shower with an extension so you can use it outside of the van for rinsing as well. Again plenty of storage and large medicine cabinet with a mirror as well.

For comfort there is a roof top AC unit that works when plugged in, or on the Onan 2800 Generator that has 175 hours. There is a 12V Propane RV Furnace with thermostat, and a Max Air Roof Fan with a built in cover so you can use it in any weather. The bath also has a small roof exhaust fan as well.

Outside the unit looks very nice, with no rust, it is solid and clean. The paint is shiny and its not all beat up. Some of the stripes are cracked and faded but overall looks great going down the road. You will find nice fiberglass running boards, full towing package with trailer hitch, rear ladder, spare tire holder, newer digital TV antenna, and roof rack.
