Over cab bed looks like a full mattress. gas 3 burner Stove with oven. 2 new 12 volt/110 TV's. One in Dinning living area one in master bed room. External crank up antenna or cable hook up outside. Fresh water 55 gal. tank onboard. City water hook up in compartment. Propane Gas Hot water heater with new parts installed for flawless operation. One A/C unit overhead with duct air even to the storage compartments. Has propane gas heater with ducts through out the coach. New microwave/confection oven. Recently refurbished Gas/Electric refrigerator freezer. Toilet and shower with High presser shower head to provide more pressure. Outdoor shower on coach as well. I have owned this coach for 5 years. When purchased the previous owner had a new stabilizer sway bar installed with new shocks. I had the front end aligned to correct camber which caused to sling you off the road when passed by a truck. Drives like a dream now. Cruse works great. Last 2 years New tires and brakes installed. Last month installed new awnings on slide and side of coach. 2 New House batteries installed 2 months ago. New Start battery was installed as well. Batteries have Walmart warranty. On BOARD 4000 Generac generator with 292 hrs. Just serviced new oil/air filter. Serviced transmission oil and filter at 40000 miles. both engine oil and transmission service stickers in windshield. This Coach is ready for the road. Until 5 years ago this coach was in Minnesota kept in a controlled environment storage facility. I have all the receipts for all work and items replaced.
