This coach is very well maintained and has had more than $20k in upgrades and maintenance invested in it over the past couple years. We build this to be our FOREVER coach. We upgraded nearly everything to modern standards (Lighting, faucets, fans, batteries, solar, etc)! However, plans have changed and we are forced to sell.

Appliances work as they should. Heating and air work great. Plumbing and tanks work great. Electrical works great. The washer/dryer work well.

Being 17 years old, it has some wear and tear as you might expect. The side, front and rear gel coat are great, but the upper transition to the roof has some clear coat peeling. There is a scratch/dent on the entry door. There are some chips on the front cowl and a fiberglass crack at the bottom of the rear bumper . The carpet in the bedroom and bathroom are original, but in decent condition.

Since you're checking out this unit, you probably already know that the Rev LE is considered by many to be one of the best RVs ever! As the top-of-the-line Fleetwood, it was the only "Fleetwood" model to be built on the American Coach (Fleetwood's premium brand) assembly line utilizing the American Coach Liberty chassis which is arguably the best chassis of the "Golden Era of RVs" (before they all went bankrupt in the housing crash and all got subjected to complicated and expensive smog equipment). Combined with the 400 HP CAT C9 engine, it is one of the rare Class As able to tow 15,000 lbs! If you want the chassis, powertrain and quality of a premium brand like American Coach, but you appreciate being able to sleep up to 8 and have 2 restrooms. then this is the perfect coach!
