My wife and I are selling our 2022 Coachmen Crosstrail 23XG on the Ford E-450 (called the Godzilla engine because of its huge power). We love this rig! We have so many memories, going to Disney World in Florida, Mardi Gras in New Orleans, Pensacola, Key Largo, Atanta, Wilmington NC, and the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. But we have decided we want something bigger so we can travel with our adult kids and grandchildren.

We have made many significant UPGRADES, including front and rear Sumo Springs, front and rear Roadmaster anti-sway bars, and Roadmaster steering assist/stabilizer. With these suspension upgrades, you'll have probably the BEST ride possible with this 25' 10" RV.

We've also replaced the cheap stock radio with a high-end, 11 inch touchscreen Alpine media center (connects to Apple Play and Android), and powerful subwoofer. You'll see the rear and side cameras on this high-def 11" touchscreen. We also added SiriusXM satellite radio.

We replaced the cheap inside TV with a high-def Samsung smart TV. For the outside TV, we have added an upgraded soundbar and a Roku.

We also added 3 MaxxAir Fans that you can control manually or via the remote controls. The fans are above the bed, in the bathroom, and above the cab.

We added keyless entry for the driver and passenger doors, and keypad lock (with keyless entry) for the house door. We also replaced the opaque door window with a window you can see through (it has a privacy screen).

We just added 6 new tires. The factory tires were showing some dry rot, so we wanted to get new ones before selling. The new tires were bought in October 2024. There is also a spare tire (just the tire, not the wheel).

The RV has just been detailed. We have taken the RV in for regular oil changes and maintenance at a local Ford dealership. We have all the receipts for the maintenance and the upgrades described above. We also have the title, of course.
