This is a solid rig. It has minor damage to both sides of the coach. Due to two tire blowouts, the tires are very close to the new ones. There are two new batteries. Miles is from El Paso, Texas, to Yuma, AZ.
It has brand new blinds—brand new, $900.00 worth. Brand new toilet.
Flooring upgrades. The pantry is large, new, and built to last. Not like the originals at all! The roof is due to a Yeaxas walking tree. It's ready to go. All upgrades and giveaways are valued at $3,000.00. Selling as is.
It also has a water-on-demand heater. One and a half years old.
The RV is sold for only the payoff amount. It does not have a warranty, but Good Sam may provide one.
As of today, the payoff is $20,450.00 (approx). One Jack needs to be replaced. I will replace it or give the buyer a market-value deal.
Another thing is that it has a brand-new controller for the LCI leveling system.
