This is a well maintained camper. It has never had any water damage. It is in like new condition except for a couple of scratches and some improvements. I added a drain valve to the hot water tank, a step support for the steps, a new door, awning, and insulator covers for the beds. They work real good. It sleeps a lot of people and have a lot of room. Pulls great. The details can be easily searched out on google or just ask me. Got an offer too low for a trade in. $30,000 new, asking low retail.
