This is a nice 2013 Newmar Ventana 3434 (Not the Ventana LE version) it’s a great size for state parks with its ease of maneuverability.  We are the second owner and have owned this coach for 8 years.  Our travel plans have changed is only reason for selling.

The coach has around 43,193 miles and 1024 hours on the chassis (will continue to use until sold) so it has many more miles left in it.  The 8K Onan generator only has 141 hours.  This Ventana comes standard with the 360HP Cummins and 3000 series 6 speed Allison and aluminum wheels.
This unit has many options as shown on the build sheet.  In addition to the factory options, it comes with a Magna shade for front and DS window.
Unit recently serviced in August at 41,968 miles and 998 hours on chassis.  The generator was serviced at same time at 135 hours.
Chassis batteries replaced in 2023. House batteries replaced in 2021 and upgraded to AGM.  Rear tires replaced 2021.  Front tires replaced 2018.  Shocks upgraded to Koni in 2022.  All furniture re-upholstered in 2024.
