If you know you know, Lance 2185 is a great 4-season camper from a great brand. We have owned this camper since 2013, it has been stored in an insulated and covered shop. It has many upgrades including: Electric Jack, Digital Thermostat, and MaxAir vent covers. Comes with brand new 12 volt battery, but if you prefer to install your own I will keep the battery and knock $100 off price. All appliances work as expected, except for the electric element of the hot water heater (the element is due for replacement) - hot water heater works on propane just fine. Camper will come with original books and manuals. Will include an Andersen Weight Distributing hitch, a shore cable, 1 propane tank, x-chocks, Camco Trailer Aid tire changing ramp, and Camco Rhino flex sewer hose - everything you need to get started. This trailer is functionally excellent but does have some cosmetic imperfections. Since it has been stored inside, the decals are in good shape. The interior has normal wear and tear for its age, but it is perfectly usable as is. Tires are in great shape and manufacturer dated 9/18. See photos for issues - but the original upholstery is flaking in places (we cover with sheets or other covers). There are a couple of spots where the original stain on wood interior has been pulled off (wood is sound, just needs touchup). Was recently camped in (November 24) and is ready to go camping my family has simply outgrown this great unit and ready for something else. This is probably the cheapest 2185 available on rvtrader!
