New accessories include electric brakes (Curt), a sway bar (Curt), etc. Has electric hitch jack and all levelers are electric also. Includes all your hoses, water line with filter, wheel chocks, and power line with surge protector. Many inside features added as well. 3 burner gas stove and oven, with exhaust fan that exits outside! Microwave large enough to actually use. Has on-demand gas hot water heater, and a high output gas furnace (works great!). 13.5K roof mount A/C. Over-size bunk beds in the rear, and a queen-sized bed in the front. Curtains closing off both sleeping areas. Black out shades throughout. Only used it twice for a total of 14 nights. Everything still looks new, (and it smells new too!!). It's ready to hook up and go!
