King bed with upgraded mattress. 1.5 bath. Huger shower in master. Porcelain toilets. Lots of cabinet space. Two AC and one is new. Outside speakers. Electric fireplace. Very clean and kept under cover its whole life. Was pulled from Stanton TX to Crane TX and setup. Never moved since. Everything works. It’s still hooked up to power and water so buyer can check everything out. I would be willing to part with the shed it’s under if buyer is interested. I won’t entertain selling it before the RV is sold though.
