28 foot hardly used travel trailer! We used this trailer as an office and therefore it's only voyage was from NY to NC where it sat parked for the last 4 years. Because it was unmoving, it did build up some rust on the step and some areas underneath. We just transported it to a different home in NC and it travelled fine. Everything appears to work well (AC , heat, stove etc) though I think the tires could stand to be replaced.
