Solid four-season 5th-wheel, feels like a home. Nothing flimsy or lightweight. Bought in 2021, had some moderate wear, no wear since then. Have left in one place except for maintenance trips.  Used as part-time residence 2-3 nights per week for a year, then as a weekend getaway 1-2 nights per week, planning to downsize. Added Airskirts and new Splendide washer/dryer in 2022. RVlock keypad/remote door locks added. Rain shields added to kitchen and bath ceiling vent fans. Came with only one of the jackknife sofa beds, has space for another. Added new recliner loveseat. All roof seals peeled and resealed 2024, new furnace 2024. Right side living room slide is sticky but opens and closes well on override, all other slides work perfectly.
