A 2023 Thor Motor Coach Miramar 35.2 Class A motorhome with only 10500 miles on the odometer. With a few trips under its belt, this coach still feels new and is ready for the next adventure. The last one-week trip was to Quartzsite, AZ earlier this month for the RV Show.

The exterior includes two slides, a 20' awning, 105 lb propane tank, 100 gallon fresh water tank, 40 gallon black tank, two gray tanks totaling 70 gallons, tankless water heater, 168 cu. ft. of storage, Onan QG 5500 generator, 100-watt Solar Charging System, two Coleman Mach 3 air conditioners upgraded with KoolRV A/C Connect, and more.

The interior includes theater seating, king bed, sofa, plenty of storage, and more. The RV has four televisions, one outside under the awning. The 35.2 floorplan, are extremely functional, comfortable, and livable. The Ford 7.3 Godzilla engine runs on 87 octane gas. rides on a Ford F-53 chassis and averages 7.8 mpg. It has easily towed a Jeep Wrangler.

The coach has been serviced by Freedom RV in Tucson, AZ and the one-year warranty work was recently completed. No major issues and receipts are available. Upcoming spring maintenance to include an oil change in the engine and the generator.
