We are selling our beloved home of the past 3 years & upgrading to a full-size garage toy hauler. I just purchased a Polaris ATV side x side that won't fit in our current RV.

DIY Modifications to RV:

1.Removed one of the sleeper sofas to install a low cabinet for additional storage space. (see photos)

2.Relocated the pantry into the short hall to the bedroom to make room for a washer/dryer. (Washer/Dryer NOT Included) (See photos) Entry to the bedroom is through the bathroom.

3.Added 2 foamboard insulation to the garage ceiling for added comfort in the bedroom.

4.Installed an onboard pancake compressor w/100' of air hose on a reel.

5.One of the recliners unfortunately has the fabric on one of the headrests starting to bubble & peel.

6.We sealed all roof penetrations (skylights, vent fans, solar mount feet etc.) with Eternabond sealant tape so resealing the stock Dicor putty every 2 years is no longer required. Eternabond has a life expectancy of 18-35 years.

7.Replaced the steel screws on all the trim with Stainless Steel screws to prevent rust.

8.Replaced ALL awnings & slide toppers w/heavy duty fabric.

9.Installed motorcycle wheel chock.

10.Installed a 3-filter reverse osmosis water filtration system mounted under bathroom sink w/separate spigot.

11.Built custom shelves next to medicine cabinet.

12.Removed sliding glass shower doors & installed curved shower curtain rod.

13.Stackable washer /dryer is installed in pantry & IS Included. Ignore photo stating it's not included. Website won't let me delete the photo.

14. High quality skirting by Custom Skirting of Rapid City SD. This skirting is attached in a "C" channel all the way around the RV so NO GAPS for air to leak out/in.

15. Installed 6 stabilizer bracing on leveling jacks.
