We updated the look and configuration when we purchased to be more conducive to just the 2 of us, our needs and remote working from the road. All work was done by a professional with high quality materials in line with Tiffin quality (not DIY).



Carpet replaced with wood laminate, converted dinette to desk, added tv (on lift) and fireplace, had front TV removed and cabinet doors built to match. Rig wired for better connectivity, use of a centralized router and Starlink. Queen bed converted to king.



Sale includes transferable remaining extended warranty good through Nov 2025. Warranty covers every single thing on this coach from chassis to powertrain to seals, gaskets, etc. literally EVERYTHING. There is a $100 copay, and it covers mobile mechanics so you can just have the repairs come to you without interrupting your trip if needed. This has been GOLD for us since purchase and made our travels very stress-free. Prior to our purchase, the rig hadn't been used a lot so when we got it, it was like a new 'shake-out' period all over again. Over the course of our ownership the warranty has replaced/repaired engine turbo, brakes, driver/front AC, hydraulic seal leak, slide motor (drivers side bedroom), step motor, carbon monoxide detector, bathroom faucet, hot water tank, chassis batteries and in the last year they put in a brand new 4 door stainless steel Norcold fridge and replaced both the front and back AC's.



There is a dent in the back bay door on the passenger side from the previous owner, and the original Diamond Shield on the front cap over the windshield is unsurprisingly peeling.



Generator is perfect working order @ 1939.7 hrs and has been rigorously maintained to spec.



Engine has been rigorously maintained to spec. Full engine service was just done last month.



Tires were all replaced in Spring 2023 with Toyo M177's.



Rig is great size for State and National parks at 36 feet.



There's a rumor myth that parks will turn you away if rig over 10-15 years of age. We have NEVER once been turned away and we've been all over the US and stayed at over 75 different RV parks across the country. If an age rule exists, we simply send a quick photo and are always greenlighted.
