35 ft. with 1 slide on Ford 550 frame with Ford V10. Was always well maintained but now has issues and we want to sell. I will be glad to go over all issues with a phone call. Interior appliances, seats, couches cabinets, tanks, in very good shape. Carpet, linoleum flooring needs replacing. Shower has roof issues, have new replacement skylight to put in. This is NOT a motorhome you just pick up and drive home. It is however for the right person who wants a restoration project a perfect fit. I can no longer start the engine but believe it is a battery issue. Brochure says it has an aluminum frame. For the price asked, the interior items are more than worth the price. Has never been on the beach. Located on Cape Cod
