The 1997 Northwood Nash 21.5R is a fifth-wheel trailer listed at 23 feet long but the exterior is 28 feet. It features a lot of internal storage. It is perfect for a smaller pickup due to its light weight. The Northwood Nash brand is known for its high-quality construction and durable materials. For example, they use only plywood in their construction and never pressboard. This unit was stored under cover for most of its life. It is in great shape and has no history of leaks, mold, or mildew. We are selling due to recent disuse. Recent changes include; replacing the gas water heater, installing a $3000 air conditioner, adding a memory foam mattress topper, replaced the battery. Comes with; a queen bed and jack-knife sofa that converts into a double bed for sleeping up to 4 people, a fridge that works on electricity or gas, a gas water heater, a gas 3-burner stove and gas oven, electric-only air conditioner and microwave, indoor shower/tub, outdoor shower head, like-new spare tire, 15' waste water hose along with all adapters and items you may need for campground hookup and dumping, 40-pound propane tank to power all the gas appliances, 40-gallon fresh water, wastewater, and grey water tanks. It is set up for awning installation. Tags are good into 2026. It does not come with the red 5th wheel adapter or the TV shown in the pictures. If your truck bed has a center ball you may be interested in the 5th wheel-to-ball converter for an extra $1000.
