Several have asked about why there was a 101,359 mileage reading on the history report: This 2016 Coachmen Sportscoach 404RB has had three owners (Carfax shows 5, but 2 were the banks from what I can tell looking at the Carfax report. 1st owner from Michigan, 2nd owner from Oregon, 3rd owner, myself, from Louisiana). When the second owner purchased the RV, a clerical error was made recording the mileage as 24,510 instead of the actual 2,451.0. When I purchased the RV, the mileage was 10,135.9, but the earlier error caused it to be incorrectly recorded as 101,359 by the title company my credit union used. After paying off the loan and receiving the title in the mail, I noticed this discrepancy and worked with the title company to correct the error. The title now accurately reflects the true mileage at the time I purchased the RV. I was told by the title company doing the correction that the title can only reflect milage from my time of purchase and not the actual current mileage at time of discrepancy discovery. The true mileage has been confirmed and verified by an ECM reading at Freightliner which I have proof of. This is the computer system of the RV that Freightliner can plug into and print a report from the RV. The RV currently has approximately 41,500 miles and a free and clear title.
