This floor plan is incredible! We searched many different manufacturers to find this exact floor plan and we love it. Purchased in January 2024 we lived in this unit while we were remodeling our home. Now that we are done we want to sell this LIKE NEW fifth wheel for someone else’s enjoyment.

The living room is in the front of the coach and includes two power recliners with heat and massage, the two sofas pull to each make queen size beds. The smart television is on a televator and has a sound bar and subwoofer for great movie watching. The fireplace adds a touch of ambience and also produces heat. Tons of storage for your electronics and other knickknacks.

The middle of the coach is the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen includes a residential size refrigerator freezer and a gas four-burner range and stove large enough to cook a turkey! Above the stove is a convection air fryer/microwave oven. The island includes a large sink with cutting board and drying rack. The coach is also also fitted with a whole house drinking water system. The pantry is very large and also has a television above it on the opposite side of the televator. There is also a small area for a toaster or coffee maker. The dinette is in the slide out and can be extended to seat four. Two additional chairs are under the bed. The half bath is located right inside the entry door and just off the kitchen for convenience. Central, vacuum system and dustpan are located under the bottom stair toward the living room.

The Central computer uses the J command app and controls the HVAC lights, tanks, slides, and awnings. The app is also available for your phone so you can control everything at the touch of your finger. It also has voice command to control lights and various functions.

The bedroom and full bath are in the rear of the coach and include a king size bed, large wardrobes, drawers, under bed storage, TV, linen closet that is plumbed for a washer dryer combo The large shower includes a seat and tiled walls. There is a double vanity with raised bowl sinks, and tons of storage. Porcelain toilets are included in both restrooms.

This unit has dual 15,000 BTU whisper quiet AC units, magnum XL6 truss roof system, 102” widebody, 4000 pound springs, 5/8 inch plywood floor decking, Dexter ABS brake system with tow assist, MORryde CRE-3000 suspension.

The exterior includes two large pass-through storage compartments and additional storage in the rear. The front compartment has an outdoor television that pulls out. The rear compartment has an outdoor kitchen that includes a refrigerator, sink with hot and cold water and a pull out gas griddle. There is also a Bluetooth speaker system. At just over 43 feet long and 102 inches wide, it’s like home on wheels. Freshwater capacity 75 gallons, gray water capacity 82 1/2 gallons, black tank capacity 74 gallons 120 pounds of propane and a 16 gallon water heater. Two electric power awnings. Six power hydraulic leveling jacks. Prepped for generator.

This fifth wheel was over $110,000 new and we only lived in it for eight months. It was delivered by Blue Compass Rv in Saint Augustine and hasn’t moved since delivery. You won’t find another coach listed that looks this close to new! Never smoked in, we do have a service dog that lived with us but never an accident and the unit was professionally cleaned after we moved out. This one won’t last long !
