Used one time and taking up space in our driveway. DRV 40KSSB4 spectacular unit in impeccable condition. We lived in the unit while we looked for a home. No pets and smoke free. There are so many options that its best you check out DRV website for the full spec sheet. It has a full size residential refrigerator, a front load washer and dryer, Generator, upgraded propane tanks, Tempurpedic mattress, Fisher Paykel DW, outdoor entertainment center with a flatscreen TV, FP, custom paint, awnings, and propbably the most important is it has 3 AC units.
