2018 Grand Design 2400BH, many many updates and changes. Solid build example of the quality they had before some of Covid builds. No roof issues or leaks All air conditioning, heating, lights, appliances, faucets, water pumps, power awning etc etc work as intended. No issues w the slide. Had always been winterized during winter. No electrical gremlins or anything like that. Mostly weekend camping locally in NE Ohio. Never been outside of a 2 hour drive. Do not have to sell it but dont use it as much as wed like. Hate to see it sit so much.

Updates/modifications

*Goodyear endurance tires w plenty of tread

*CRE3000 shackles

*Axels replaced by Dexter in 2021

*Dual Propane tanks

*Tool box mounted to hitch

*Equalizer hitch system added and included

*Dimmer switches added to main lights, bedroom and ext awning lights

*Ext handle added to main door

*Carpeted stairs on steps *40in exterior TV mount added a TV included

*Bedroom tv and DVD player

*Pioneer DVD player replaced factory unit

*Blackstone 17 griddle replaced outdoor stove burner with hand built slide out for it.

*Drawer pull outs for pantry access

*Replaced shower w handle, bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet have also been upgraded and replaced.

*Mirror added to bathroom door.

*Keyless door pad lock

Problems/Downsides

*Carpet was fraying added ripper strip (pictured)

*Gray and Black tank release valves stuck open, added a Valterra Cap makes it so much easier to dump both tanks at once.

*Water valve leaked in front storage caused some warping in the storage floor, not soft but wanted to notate it (pictured)

*Removed exterior decorative LEDs on front cap and sealed where the wires go. They kept breaking and we never used them

*1 cabinet door sticks a little
