RV Description

Reduced for quick sale!!!
We loved this RV, but we can't use it right now :(
Make someone's holiday memorable and buy this for them (or you)!
This RV is a 32 ft class C that has tons of room for your kids/ grandkids and storage.
* The Ford E450 truck has been very well maintained; oil changes and tune-ups every 3000 miles.
* Runs beautifully with under 47k miles.
* We purchased a couple of new tires and a new extended house battery when we bought it from the original owner a couple of years ago.
This RV also has:
* Bunk beds with 2 TVs
* One outside TV and one inside
* Two dinette sets one is converted from one bunk,
* Overhead cab/bed
* Pull-out couch
* Very comfy queen bed mattress and 2 pillows in the back bedroom
*Entertainment system with DVD, and Bluetooth capabilities.
* Outside shower to rinse your feet off before you come in.
* Awning with outside lights (purple).
* Generator with 542 hours,
* Propane tank for heating, water heater.
* Air conditioner- runs great.
* Bathroom has a towel rack, a toilet scrubber holder, hand held shower head, and a big medicine cabinet with mirrors
* Three burner propane stove/ small oven.
* Dometic fridge/freezer that keeps food very cold.
* Three plug stalk in the kitchen plus other outlets for your small appliances.
* Cup holders in the table and behind the couch and in the cab as well.
We will include some of the extras that we bought as we traveled to make the trip nicer and easier on us.
* A Jackery 1000 generator with solar and electric chargers,
* Router for wifi
* three toilet liquid combo for black tank,
* electric code lock for front door
* Hoses for filling the water tank,
* Water filter,
* Tubes to empty the black and gray water tanks, holders to keep the tank tube off the ground,
* 15/30/50 Volt converter for electricity.
* Flashlights
* Bug zappers, and a c
* couple of mining kits
The only thing that we ever needed to replace was the weather stripping on the outside.
There are the following minor or cosmetic only items that you can fix if it's important to you
* The lights on the display for when the tanks are full are a bit misleading, but we found if we emptied them every 4 or 5 days, we never ran into any problems with them.
* Broken plastic on bathroom vent (still opens)
* Tape marks where the weather stripping had been held up, and pictures posted
* wood lining on bed needs to be glued back on
* two very small dents on the side of the house part that have not affected driving or the opening of the cabinets nearby.
Please text Kim if you are interested at 6234146237 with any questions and if you'd like for me to send you a copy of the vehicle report or call you back.
Thanks!
