RV Description

We've had many wonderful adventures with our family in the Adventurer, but We've only used it twice this yearso time to move on with the next adventure (empty nest/teardrop trailer!).We had the Adventurer professionally redone by a carpenter. In the main cabin we wanted flexibility to utilize the space as our needs changed so we had the dining booth removed. When it's just my husband and I we use a small table with two chairs in this area. When we travel with a full house the booth area has housed a playpin for our puppies or dog beds or we move the recliner to this area and turn the captains chairs around when we all watch movies together. At night when we have a full house we set up a cot (or cots)in that area or a cot with a queen sized blow up mattress next to that. Our fold out couch is full size so when the house is full we have comfortably slept 4 adults 3 kids, and three small dogs. Not pictured are the two Roku tvs we have. One hangs to the left of the door above the window where the recliner is and the other is in the bedroom hanging to the right of the sliding bedroom door on the corner cabinet. We had all countertops (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom nightstands)thickly sealed so no worries about needing coasters. My husband is a mechanic and has done all the mechaical maintenance on the RV.We bought all new tires when we bought the RV three years ago. The tires are in great shape with lots of life left in them. We always tow a vehicle with an enclosed trailer, flatbed or tow dolly when we travel and it tows like a dream! HVAC system was serviced/updated by a professional. We recently had to replace the microwave.which is in a picture. The front driver's side window has a crack in it.That pane will need to be replaced. We've been quoted $1500-2000 to do that which we don't plan on doing since Christmas is coming up and we decided to sell the RV. We're keeping that replacement cost in mind with the pricing we have it at and may be willing to negotiate with this cost in mind. There are a few scratches on the floor from when a rock got stuck under the slide out. I also hadn't made up my mind on window treatments and other decor so that is all a white blank slate for you to put your finishing touches on to make it your own.We spent over $1K on the mattress in the bedroom from Offroad RV mattress company and it's super comfortable. We liked it so much that we bought one for our "off the wheels" home. We're sad to see The Adventurer go, but we just don't use it enough to keep it. It's a home on wheels that's ready to roll! My husband and I can also deliver the motorhome anywhere in the continental US.
